Your privacy matters.

Your private space

We store your account name, email, password hash, conversations, character settings, memories, and creation records in our dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. Uploaded references and generated media are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Public fictional character artwork is kept separately.

When you create

Your messages, relevant story context, and enabled memories are sent to the connected AI service to generate a reply. Image and video descriptions and selected references are sent to MuleRouter and its connected model providers. Each provider applies its own data retention and processing policies.

Your controls

You can view, edit, or delete character memories. Clearing a story deletes that conversation, its summary, memories, and unsubmitted scene descriptions. Generated images and videos remain in your private collection until you delete them there. Private media access requires a signed-in account and uses short-lived signed URLs.

Visit sources

We measure visits to public entry pages and the sources of new registrations. We save only the source, medium, campaign label, referring domain, and entry page path, without full URLs, chat content, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. A first-party cookie remembers your first source for 30 days; a separate 30-minute cookie avoids counting page changes as new visits. Your registration source is saved with your account and is visible only to authorized administrators. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; blocked or unavailable tracking is recorded as unknown.

Payment records

USDT recharge orders and credit movements are stored with your account. Our independent payment gateway processes receiving addresses, amounts, network and transaction references. Blockchain transfers are public. Payment credentials are never sent to your browser.

Backups

Deleted information may remain in restricted recovery backups until the applicable backup retention period ends. Backups are used for recovery, not public access or marketing.
